When I turn on my laptop, the screen is black, but the lights on , on/off button is on..what is wrong? What can I do? How much will it cost me to fix it? If its expencive I cant play wow anymore
I think its better that you go back to the store with it. And let them take a look at it.
There can be many things wrong with it. Like you screen is broke or something in the hardware like your processor. Its always hard to say with laptops.

If all the lights are on then maybe it is the back light that has gone. If it is the back light you should still be able to see a faint picture on the screen in the right light. If it still has warrenty they should be able to fix it other wise it can get expensive.
if your pc s new you can probably get a free check, if it is under 1 year.
the light is the way you go to keep safe, to stay alive, to survive. but when shadow you persue danger and after defeating all the danger, the dark side s safer then the light.
1: As said check if its the backlight or not.You can shine a torch at the screen to see if you can see an image of the desktop.
2: If you can, attach an external monitor to the laptop.If anything it will be a cheap fix to get you into wow.
If the screens broken and you're out of warrantee it will be expensive to fix.Cheaper alternative would be to live with the second monitor for a while.
If its not the screen then its something deeper and we'll need to start going into more info.
