Im sitting at work, thinking about yesterdays raid.
And then it hit me, why i find TBO raiding so addictive.
1: The teamspirit in the raids - Its ok to **** up, we shrug it off and reset.
2: The jokes - aimed at the people that **** up (or henrik)
3: The way people adjust and live up to their appointed roles.
3.5: The way people fill in for each other when something goes wrong.
I love playing with you lads and ladies

Was a fun raid, I'm glad we finally killed Cho'gall.
We could have killed him a lot sooner, but clearing the other 3 bosses and having time to kill Cho'gall was holding us back a bit, as well as trying to do BWD. Not including rarely having enough people wanting to raid often enough.
It's all looking good now, just Al'Akir and Nefarian to kill before everyone in the guild (I think you may need to be exalted actually... can't remember) gets the Reins of the Dark Phoenix Along with the glory of being in a guild capable of killing all the bosses

I would like to stick my head in and rain some praise. As a raidleader I am happy to tears at times when raiding with TBO. Sometimes we all have bad days, and we fail on basic stuff. It happens, but most of the time we turnit around in the end.
Thank you all who listen to us leading, who turn up and not demand to join, but humbly asks for a spot, who give it their best and. Thank you guys who whispered last night before Cho'gall, who sent their Good lucks. We are never 10 people raiding, we wouldnt get anywhere if we were. We raid as a guild, progress as a guild.
This is me letting my thoughts out (also at work) and it may look mushy, but damnit guys... *proper japanese bow, head to the floor and everything*
Not-gay hugs

That sums up for me why we still is a successful guild after all these years and yes we may not progress as fast as others but we do it as a guild
And I agree with Lewster

I agree, and even tho I shouldn't have time for raiding atm - I find the time to raid because it is so addictive and we're having so much fun
I'm very impressed with the performance. I rerolled a healer, because I've experienced bad healers in the past (Solo) - so I thought I would give it a shot here in TBO, so that I was able to do something about it. It turns out, that we have plenty of good players in both healing, dps'ing and tanking. Healing is really a pleasure together with the "healer-crew" and offspecs - all tend to aim for the best. (Our first Cho'gall-kill where none died sums it up rather well )
Even tho this might seem basic, I woulld like to say one last thing, because it makes the atmosphere soooo much better: people don't whine about loot = AWESOME
