Well, first of all, Husky is awesome.
Secondly, Zerg can mass up units so freaking fast it's crazy. After some 10 minutes or so, if you haven't killed them, harassed their drones or delayed expansions, you're dead. Reason being is they can create entire armies at once. Each hatchery/lair/hive with a queen can produce ~10 units per 40sec (think I did my maths right) and Zerg will expand at least once, if not twice in a game, giving them 3x hatcheries and the ability to make ~30 units in 40sec. Therefore, if you leave them too long, an army appears after you somehow managed to kill the first one and your anus is forced to become wider due to being butt****ed my a rediculous amount of units that are outnumbering the 7 units you've managed to re-macro.
Technically that isn't what rushing is, of course. But the term 6-pooling didn't come from a Protoss or Terran strategy.
The 6-pool is where you (as a Zerg) build a Spawning Pool before making any more drones (which is where the 6 comes from, you make the pool at 6 supply). With the Spawning Pool up so early, the Zerg can then create 6 Zerglings simultaneously and send them at your base, where you have a Command Center, about 11 SCV's, a Supply Depot and a Barracks with no marines.
In pvp against Zerg in the low levels, expect nothing but Zerg Rushes.
The joke is that that's all Zerg seem to do, is rush, therefore Husky is quite clearly stating that there isn't any skill in using basic cheese to win, which most lower level Zerg do.
EDIT: I said you wanna be a fan of "WoW AND SCII" with emphasis on SCII; meaning it's not just about WoW, which you could assume since it opens with WoW characters.
