I play like that, sitting on the side of my bed, with my desk covered in crap, and my curtain closed beside me. Hardcore style.
The little clip-stand-things on my keyboard are broken from mashing heal keys like ****, so it's propped up by a dental floss container, which you can't see.
I level out the crap on my desk so I can still see my screen, but as you can see I can't add to that pile much more.
It doesn't look like there's much more room, but I could fit a bigger screen in there, like 5" bigger.
Sorry for the quality of the pic, the only thing I had to take it on was my phone.

It's easy, bind all your keys to heals and slam your face into the keyboard! Don't need a gaming chair for that, don't need a 78" screen for that, don't need a mouse with a thousand buttons or an ergonomic keyboard either.
Being imba is all about destroying your face and your keyboard at the same time!
