if you turn the last page of WoW manual that comes with the box you buy you will see that there are some icons of warnings like +13, Extreme violence and "RACISM" lol.. that is ofc because of the multiple races in game but still can make a stand for your defense gang 
it clearly tells that the game has racist statements so it also means in this case that the developper and the NPCs can be racist but not you gang : )
