I'm not overly impressed by the feedback and communication that the devs give us, whenever something is wrong. I don't like how they leave the explaining to the actual players, and how they seem to slack on fixing things that need a immidiate attention.
It's like a curse, in some way, I'm fed up with this game, but I enjoy the game itself. Mabye it is because this is my first MMORPG ever, mabye it's because the thought of being the greatest player ever (how absurd..) is tempting.
On another hand, the constant grind for perfection leaves little patience with me. I don't mind for paying things, but when I have to repeat my actions so many hours a week just to get an epic mount, after that.. it seems pointless to go on. I tried creating a horde shaman, I've been playing on him abit, but I get the same feeling as always; it's just a long, long, grind. For me atleast, the game has very little potentional/fun to be repeated, without giving the same sense of mindnumbing grind.
I'll be checking out Warhammer: Online when it gets released, no doubt. But I'm so interested in Warcraft lore, I want to see this through. I want to see Illidan, Arthas and everyone else. Explore and learn what ended
in Warcraft III.
I love the game, but I don't love how the devs ignore the community, and our frantic cries for fixes. Some of which are pretty pathetic, while others are desperate issues that need to be fixed ASAP.
I played Classic until I was nearly level 60. It needs The Burning Crusade really for me though. I am lurking around Daggerspine again for a while, trying to get used to the changes lol
