Im gonna post all the epic gems i have right now and hoping the other JCers will do that to so we can help oneanother cuse it takes soooo long to get all the recipese.
Green:
Intricate eye of zul/ +10 Haste +10 Spirit
Shining eye of zul/ +10 hit +10 spirit
Orange:
Deadly ametrine/ +10 agility +10 critical
Potent ametrine/ +12 spellpower +10 critical
Reckless ametrine/ +12 spellpower +10 haste
veiled ametrine/ +12 spellpower +10 hit
Purple:
Shifting dreadstone/ +10 agility +15 stamina
Red:
Bold cardinal ruby/ +20 strength
Bright cardinal ruby/ +40 attack power
Delicate cardinal ruby/ +20 agility
Runed cardinal ruby/ +23 spellpower
Yellow:
Smooth king´s amber/ +20 critical

nice
and btw everybody wanting to raid shud have a epic gem in evert slot , its like enchants you dont show whitout it .
and they are cheep , you can get them from emblems , honor and som otherways i havent botherd to look in to

I'll see if i can get around to posting what i can make too, although its rather limited atm. In general now, i'm doin the daily jc as often as i can for the tokens, but i don't buy new recipies anymore because i don't know what to get. Hence, i'll just be saving my tokens, and when people need something, i'll happily buy the recipie if i don't have it.

Dust - Level 85 paladin (Ret)
Antique - Level 85 druid (Feral dps/pvp resto)
Komodo - Level 82 Rogue (DPS... if you can call it that)
Azâzel - Level 85 Shaman (Restoration/DPS)

Here is my list of Epic gems i can make, am planning to buy more, but saving tokens to get some 
Blue:
Solid Majestic Zircon/ +30 stamina
Orange:
Deadly ametrine/ +10 agility +10 critical
Inscribed Ametrine/ +10 strenght and + 10 Critical Strike Rating
Purple:
Purified Dreadstone/ +12 Spell power and + 10 Spirit
Royal Dreadstone/ +12 Spell Power and +5 Mana every 5 seconds
Shifting dreadstone/ +10 agility +15 stamina
Red:
Bold cardinal ruby/ +20 strength
Bright cardinal ruby/ +40 attack power
Delicate cardinal ruby/ +20 agility
Runed cardinal ruby/ +23 spellpower
Subtle Cardinal Ruby/ + 20 Dodge Rating
Yellow:
Rigid King's Amber/ +20 Hit Rating
Thick King's Amber/ +20 Defense Rating
