Dear TBO Diary,
As some of you may already know yesterday the 24th was my birthday and i was out for the night. When i came back home in the morning my ipod touch's top sleep\wake button wasn't working. Damn apple always finds a way for their gadgets to stop working without a reason.
Anyways i though it might be a firmware problem and restored the guy but nothing changed. Actually something changed, when i realised i ****ed up my mobile authenticator that i must have to be able to log to wow, even tho blizzard strictly advices that you must remove the authenticator from your account before you delete it from your mobile gadget.
Well now i'm in contact with Blizzard to remove my authenticator from the account to be able to log in in a standart way till my ipod comes back from the technical. And ofcourse they want looooots of information from me including the copy of my driving license : /
I'll try to sort it before weekend. FYI.

A while back my touchscreen stopped working - but I plugged it into the PC and restored it, which fixed it.
I also have the mobile authenticator, but I made a back up using iTunes of everything on my phone, and when I transferred the app back to my phone it still worked with my account.
So when you get it back I suggest you make a back up on your PC of your apps and stuff to avoid this happening again.
(This is going on the assumtion this can be done the same way on both iPhone and iPod Touch)

that s probably the same thing for ipod touch hed but i didn't even get everything about itunes : ) but i surely gonna back it up when i get it.. thanks for the head up m8..

Sorry for your technical troubles, I'm sure val could give you some good advise..
And, yeah, sadly, about the mobile authenticator, it's great as long your mobile goes perfect.... hum, trust in technology. I've got the blizzard-key, it's on top of my desk, never moves from there, and does only that: press the 1 button, get the code 
Please let us know how you sorted that out.. I'm pretty sure that this post will be a best seller!

Versi mate, you cannot log on the authenticator online? It sounds really stupid only to have it accessible on the iphone and not online.

no m8 it's an ipod touch or iphone application that becomes unique once you open it on your device.. it 's been 6 days passed and they have my driving license and stuff.. i don t know why is it so hard to just split that account from the battle.net.. i mean the other theory is :
i murdered Burak Bilgec after i learned the secret question, stole his driving license and such, btw while i was able to log with his ipod touch that i just stole i'm talking with blizzard for the authenticator.. dammit..
