And unless i'm reading it wrong (which I don't think I am) you now get Conquest emblems in heroics, Heroism and valor emblems are no onger attainable. The main effect of this change will be that targets of Chains of Ice will not have to re-issue a movement command to continue moving. * Frost Presence: 10% bonus health reduced to 6% bonus stamina. * Frost Strike: This ability can now be dodged, parried, or blocked. Weapon damage bonus reduced to 55%, down from 60%. * Icebound Fortitude: Cool down increased to 2 minutes. They gotta be joking.. I know this is not going to be official but either way only the fact they are thinking of nerfing the class for 3rd time in a row, is sick. Member Posts: 141 Joined: 13/08/2007 13:33	Seems fair enough since they still havent ballanced Dk's out for pvp yet, But it surely dosent seem that they are making it harder to optain Gear since those doing heroics and 25 man runs will get the same marks, not sure if i like it or not will make it easy to fully gear all ur alt in crazy epics but on the other hand if everyone gets the best gear avalible we will all be measured on our skill and that might be cool.
