I'm currently after assistance in correcting a niggly little thing on my website.
You can easily get to my site by keying in the URL:
w w w.websitename.co.uk
and then when you click on things it starts coming up with
w w w.websitename.co.uk/pagename.php?osCsid=ab123456f78a90d123e21826417846f2a
in the URL field all the time
How do I remove this osCsid= rubbish at the end of each URL - i know i can do it by enabling cookies but then i have trouble accessing other pages on the site even with cookies enable on my browser and i dont want to put people off from coming.
Is it possible to put some code in somewhere that will always show the URL as
w w w.websitename.co.uk
regardless of what page within the site you are in?
If so, how and where do I stick it please - thank you.
Hi. I know this is a little late to answer your post, but as I understand u want to cloak your adress? Have you tried putting the site in a frame? (imo it's a messy way to do it..)
Your host might have a option for cloaking your adress, check out your DNS-settings or similar on your control panel at the host's site..
I played Classic until I was nearly level 60. It needs The Burning Crusade really for me though. I am lurking around Daggerspine again for a while, trying to get used to the changes lol
